Executive Director- Lisa Elliott

Lisa is responsible for Association-wide coordination, bargaining, organizing, grievance processing, and teacher advocacy. The Executive Director serves as an advisor to the Negotiations and TRAC Committees and is responsible for grievance processing and general field services for the Golden, Evergreen and Conifer articulation areas and all alternative school programs. Contact Lisa

 

 

UniServ Director of Political Action/Field Services - Larry Spotts

Larry is responsible for the political action program, political organizing, lobbying, serving as liaison to community political parties and groups, and advising the JCEA-Political Action Committee (PAC). The Director of Political Action also advises the Membership Committee and is responsible for grievance processing and general field services for the Lakewood, Alameda, Green Mountain, Bear Creek, Columbine, Chatfield, and Dakota Ridge articulation areas. UniServ Director of Communications/Field Services - Kathy Michienzi Rendon

Kathy is responsible for the JCEA public relations program, all JCEA publications including The Insight, newsletters, and flyers; community and media relations; the JCEA web site; and training programs. The Director of Communications serves as an advisor to the Instructional Advocacy Committee and is responsible for grievance processing and general field services for the, Standley Lake, Pomona, Arvada West/Ralston Valley, Arvada, Jefferson and Wheat Ridge articulation areas. Program Assistant- Callie Orgeron

Callie is responsible for membership processing and maintaining a current and accurate member database, and in charge of reporting and analytics within that database.  The program assistant to the Membership Director welcomes new JCEA members and sends them informational packets.  Callie also maintains central grievance files as well as computer database for grievances, and assists with negotiations support as requested. Contact Callie.

 

 

Program Assistant- Lindsey Wamble

 Lindsey serves as assistant to the JCEA President which includes maintaining official agendas and minutes from Council and Board meetings.  As program assistant to the Communications Director, Lindsey is responsible for assisting with monthly editions of the Insight, database maintenance and updates, and sending current communications to members, AR’s, and the Board of Directors.
