The 1338 Personnel Performance Evaluation Council is a statutorily required body that consults with the local board as to the fairness, effectiveness, credibility, and professional quality of the licensed personnel performance evaluation system and its processes and procedures and conducts a continuous evaluation of the system. The council is comprised ,at a minimum, of teachers, district administrators, principals and a parent of a child in the district as well as a citizen without a child in the district.
