JCEA Instructional Committees

Instructional Coach Oversight Committee Through the work of the JCEA Instructional Coach Oversight Committee, JCEA/JPS have developed a planning tool to help schools identify a school-wide focus for meaningful staff development. The rubric-based plan was field tested in 2005.

Instructional Advocacy Committee  Beginning in 1999 JCEA, working with Jeffco Public Schools, has offered a series of instructional conferences to improve instructional practices and student learning. All JCEA instructional conferences are presented by the JCEA Instructional Advocacy Committee (IAC) and underwritten by: the Dave Sanders Quality Teaching Foundation, a program of the JCEA Excellence Fund.
