Virtual collective bargaining tomorrow April 14th

Join us for virtual bargaining. Tomorrow’s JCEA proposals affect nearly every single educator in our district. If you can’t stay for the entire session, join us for the “10 with your team” live debrief and question and answer session with your bargaining team right after bargaining.

  • Uplifting the importance of collaboration as a means to increase teacher efficacy and shared leadership across the district
  • Stronger language and clearer definitions of shared leadership and decision making
  • Accountability for schools who are not following the collaborative decision-making process
  • Yearly training for leadership teams to ensure every school year begins with a focus on best practice, new initiatives, and reviewing/reassessing team norms to support positive climate and culture and value educator voice.
